Eric Colman, is a college man who likes to drink, take drugs, and party. However, he is the key to saving the world as the Ancient Gods choose him to be the Savior. In his quest, he will cross paths with Robias, a self-serving attorney who is on his quest of discovery. When these two paths collide, it will set off a series of events that will lead to one final Apocalyptic Conclusion.
Twenty minutes ago I had a life, of course, that is all gone now. It seems that immortality is not a reality and the finality of death is not overly final. What the hell am I babbling about and who? Or what? Am I? Well, the answers to these burning questions are not currently available. My name is Rob not as in Robert but as in Robias. Twenty-Seven years of age, employed by a powerful, and ever growing law firm. I truly was living the high life. That, of course, was until twenty minutes ago. Somehow everything changes when your heart stops beating and your lungs collapse. Yes, folks, death is not as romantic as it seems. You hear of those contemplating suicide, or those that yearn to die heroes in a battlefield in some godforsaken third world nation. Well, those folks are completely oblivious to the after effects of death. Cigarettes, boy how I miss those wonderful pieces of rolled tobacco and nicotine. There is nothing like a taking a deep, deliberate drag as you mull over the current case. “Twenty-one women and children, all murdered systematically every Wednesday, you friend are a sick fuck!”
Nothing like the feel of thin wispy reenergizing tendrils of smoke slowly making their way to the nether regions of your precious lungs. Then you proceed to sit and open a brand new bottle of Smirnoff and drink your way into Heaven deciding whether to enter the insanity plea or defend the sicko. Hopefully, this sicko turns out to be the President of some overgrown Corporation who will pay anything to be saved from old sparky (even though he does deserve to rot in Hell). Yet if this is indeed the case you do what any human being would do… take the damn money and stay quiet, really quiet, do not let them hear you think for if they do they will rat you out to mother conscience, and then guilt becomes a problem, and eventually your inborn morality chooses to have the physical you starve for a while until she finds a case that better suits her needs. Anyhow seeing as we are way off course I will desist with this ridiculous, pointless rant and tell you a story that you won’t believe even if the one narrating it was the ghost of your dead father back after twenty years beyond the grave. What! Is your father alive and kicking in Hoboken? Well then my sincerest apology goes out to you for you are experiencing a different situation. Anyhow, this is a story so complex, so mind numbing and warped that you will never forget it for as long as that heart still beats and oxygen finds its way to your lungs.
