Yummy buttered toast blasts off into space with a runny, gooey, eggy center
2 slices bread
1 tablespoon butter
2 small eggs
gingerbread man cookie cutter
Use the cookie cutter to cut a man shape from the middle of each slice of bread. If you don't have a man-shaped cookie cutter, a star or round shape will do.
Heat the butter in a frying pan over medium heat and wait for it to melt. Place both slices of bread in the pan and cook until they are golden underneath. Turn the bread over with the spatula so that the golden side is on top.
Crack one of the eggs into a cup and then pour it into the man shape in one of the slices of bread. Do the same with the other egg and slice of bread. Cook for 4 minutes, or until the egg is cooked the way you like it.
