SHAKES & BLENDED DRINKS
Five a Day Fruit Shake (Serves 2)
1 apple (peeled and cored) 1 kiwi (peeled) 1/2 starfruit (carambola) 12 strawberries 2 handfuls of seedless red grapes 1 cup milk (low-fat recommended) 5 ice cubes Cinnamon
Cut the apple, kiwi, and starfruit into pieces, and place into a blender.
Add the strawberries, seedless red grapes, milk and ice cubes.
Blend on high until thick and creamy.
Pour into tall glasses, and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Garnish each glass with one strawberry and a slice of starfruit, for a beautiful presentation.
What a delicious way to get your recommended five fruits a day!
Suggestion: Add a scoop of protein powder for an extra energy boost. Great before a workout!
Strawberry "Frothee" (Serves 4)
2 cups strawberry low-fat yogurt 1/4-1/3 cup honey 1-1/2 cups 2% milk Ice cubes 4 strawberries
Place the strawberry low-fat yogurt into a blender.
Add the honey, two-percent milk, and ice cubes.
Blend on high until well blended.
Pour into four tall (sixteen-ounce) glasses.
Garnish with the strawberries.
This is a frothy and creamy delight, high in nutrition and low in fat.
Juice of 1 orange Juice of 1 ruby red grapefruit 1 tbs. honey 2 crushed ice cubes
Squeeze the juice of the orange and grapefruit into a blender.
Add the honey and ice cubes.
Blend on high until the ice cubes are crushed.

Cinnamon Twist Drink
Apricot nectar Mango nectar Purified water 1/8 lemon Cinnamon Lemon slices 3 ice cubes
Mix 2 parts apricot with 1 part mango and 1 part water.
Squeeze in the lemon juice.
Add the cinnamon and ice cubes.
Blend at high speed until the ice is crushed.
Garnish with lemon slices
Ingredients: 3/4 cup cranberry juice blend 1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/8 cup mango nectar 1/8 cup apricot nectar 2 cups vanilla soymilk 1 banana (peeled) 2 shakes of cinnamon 1 tsp. honey 4-5 drops vanilla extract
Mix all the ingredients together in a blender on high.
Cinnamon Cherry Shake (Serves 2)
Handful of acerola cherries (pitted) Honey Cinnamon 1 cup milk 2 ice cubes
Place all the ingredients into a blender, and blend for about thirty seconds, until well blended, and the ice has all broken up.
Pour into glasses, and enjoy.

Cinnamon-Cherry Sweet Fruit Shake for 2
1 cup milk (fat free or 1 percent) 3 ice cubes 10 frozen cherries 1 fresh kiwi (peeled) 1 apple (peeled and cored) 1-1/2 tbs. honey Juice of 1 navel orange 3 shakes of cinnamon
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high until blended (when you no longer hear the ice cubes).
Juice of one coconut 1 apple (peeled and cored) 1 pear (peeled and cored) 1 kiwi (peeled) 1 cup milk (skim or 1%) 4 ice cubes
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend on high until you no longer hear the ice cubes.

Mixed Berry Shake (Serves 2)
Blueberries Raspberries Strawberries Mulberries 1 cup of milk (skim or 1%) 2-3 cubes of ice
Place all the ingredients, fresh or frozen, into a blender. (Use less ice if the berries are frozen.)
Blend for about twenty seconds on high, until you no longer hear the ice cubes.
Get your calcium, protein and carbs, as well as all the benefits of the different berries, in a quick and easy blend that is so delicious.
1/3 small pineapple (peeled and cored) 1/2 cup milk (low-fat preferred) 16 seedless purple grapes 4 ice cubes 1/2 small banana
Cut the pineapple into pieces, and place into a blender.
Add the milk, grapes and ice cubes.
Blend on high for about one minute.
Pour into tall glasses.
Slice the banana, and place the slices on top.
Eat with a spoon.
This makes a great mid-morning pick-me-up on a hot, mid-summer day!

Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend on high until well blended.
Mixed Fruit Frothy (Makes 2 Small Glasses)
1 apple (peeled and cored) 4 strawberries 1 banana (peeled) Juice of 1 "honeybell" tangelo (or orange) 3 ice cubes Dab or pure water
Place all ingredients into a blender, and blend on high until well blended
Easy Light Lemonade (Serves 2)
1/2 lemon Purified water 6 tsp. brown sugar 1 glass of crushed ice or ice cubes
Cut off one slice of lemon, and cut it in half for use as a garnish.
In each of two tall glasses, mix half the brown sugar with a small amount of purified water. Squeeze in the juice of the rest of the lemon.
Add half the ice to each glass, and fill the rest of each glass with purified water.
Mix, and add the lemon garnish.
A refreshingly delicious and easy summer drink, or anytime thirst-quencher.
2 cups cranberry juice blend 2 cups blueberry juice 4 cups purified water 1 slice of key lime
In a glass pitcher, mix the juices with the purified water.
Squeeze in the key lime, and mix it into the drink.
Garnish each glass with a thin slice of key lime when serving.
Serving Suggestion: Blend two cups in a blender with two ice cubes for twenty seconds for a refreshing "soothie."

"Wellness Sunrise" Martini (Non-alcoholic) (Serves 2)
Freshly-squeezed orange juice Cherries (acerola preferred) Tonic water
Place the cherries into the bottoms of two martini glasses.
Add fresh squeezed orange juice.
Top off with tonic water.
Garnish with a slice of key lime or lemon.

Detox "Cocktail" (Non-Alcoholic)
Ingredients: 2 cups apricot nectar 2 cups plum nectar (or peach) 2 cups mango juice 6 cups purified water 1 lemon 2 strawberries
Mix the juices together with the purified water.
Squeeze half the lemon into the juice, and mix.
Slice the other half lemon, and add the slices into the mixture.
Garnish with lemon slices and strawberries on the glass when serving.
Serving suggestion: Blend two cups in a blender with two ice cubes for a detox "soothie."

Hot Honey Healing Drink (Serves 1)
3/4 cup purified water Juice of 1/2 orange 2 tbs. honey 2 hits sea salt-herb blend
Boil the water.
Squeeze in the orange juice.
Add the honey.
Shake in the sea salt-herb blend.
Mix well with a spoon.
Enjoy the taste of good health. You'll want to try this delicious blend of healthy ingredients to bring better health, especially during the cold and flu season.
Cherry "Soy-paccino" (Serves 1)
High quality organic coffee 3 tbs. scoops " Cherry Nirvana" soy " ice cream" Almond extract Vanilla extract Milk (whole or 2%) Cinnamon Cherries (if desired)
Brew the coffee.
Place the soy " ice cream" into a tall glass.
Add the almond extract and the vanilla extract.
Pour in the coffee, and stir.
Add the milk, and stir again, creating foam.
Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
Adorn with a cherry, if desired.

Egg Dishes Muffins & Pastries
French Toast Delights
Aromatic Scrambled Eggs with Fruit (Serves 2)
3 eggs (omega-3 preferred) 1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. honey 1 Fuji persimmon (peeled and cored) 1 apple (peeled and cored) Juice of 1/2 lemon Sea salt-herb blend Pepperman pepper blend Mama Garlic herb blend 1/3 cup milk (whole or low-fat) Basil 1 slice red onion Cinnamon Rosemary
Place the eggs into a glass bowl.
Add the extra virgin olive oil and honey, and beat using a whisk or fork.
Dice the Fuji persimmon and the apple , and add to the bowl.
Squeeze in the lemon juice.
Add the sea salt-herb blend, Pepperman, Mama Garlic, milk, and basil.
Dice the red onion, and add to the bowl.
Mix all ingredients together.
Heat a frying pan on high for two minutes.
Add the egg mixture, and scramble.
Place on plates, and sprinkle with the cinnamon and rosemary.
An aromatic and delicious way to start any day!
Serving suggestion: Serve with millet banana nut toast, spread with rice cream cheese.
Golden Potatoes and Eggs (Serves 2)
1 Yukon gold potato (skin on) Sea salt-herb blend Pepperman pepper blend Mama Garlic herb blend Fresh basil Fresh rosemary Canola oil 3 eggs (omega-3's preferred) Milk (whole or low-fat) 1 onion (peeled) 1 Fuji persimmon (peeled and cored) 1 small handful of raisins 8 cherry tomatoes 1 tbs. maple syrup
Slice the potato, and sprinkle with sea salt-herb blend, Pepperman, and Mama Garlic.
Crush the basil, and remove the rosemary from its stem.
Sprinkle the basil and rosemary over the potato slices.
Brush a frying pan with canola oil, and heat on high for two minutes.
Add the potatoes, and brown on one side.
Turn over the potatoes, cover, turn the heat setting down to four, and cook until the potatoes are soft.
Place the eggs and milk into a glass bowl.
Add the sea salt-herb blend, Pepperman, and Mama Garlic.
Beat, using a whisk, fork, or egg beater.
Dice the onion, and add to the egg mixture.
Cut the Fuji persimmon into chunks, and place into the bowl, along with the raisins.
Sprinkle with the basil and rosemary.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, and add to the bowl.
Add the maple syrup, and stir to mix everything together.
Brush a griddle with canola oil, and heat on high for two minutes.
Add the egg mixture, and cook until done.
Serve with the fried potatoes.

Veggie Scrambled Eggs (Serves 2)
2 eggs (omega-3's preferred) 1/4 cup milk (skim or 1%) Cinnamon Ginger 10 grape tomatoes 1/4 avocado 1/2 slice of red onion 1 slice of Portobello mushroom top 2 spinach leaves Shredded soy cheddar cheese Extra virgin coconut oil "Herby" sea salt-herb blend Juice of 1/4 lemon 1 Ezekiel cinnamon-raisin bagel Soy cream cheese
Place the eggs and milk into a mixing bowl.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and a small pinch of ginger.
Turn on pan on the eight setting to preheat.
Peel and dice the avocado.
Dice the red onion and the mushroom top.
Cut the spinach into thin slices.
Brush the pan with coconut oil.
Add the egg mixture and sprinkle with sea salt-herb blend.
Add the tomatoes, onion, avocado, mushroom and spinach.
Squeeze in the lemon while stirring.
Add shredded soy cheddar cheese (if desired).
Stir until done.
Cut the bagel in half, and toast.
Spread soy cream cheese on the bagel, and serve with the eggs.
Serving Suggestion: Great with "Berry Boosters"
Sweet & Hot Smoked Salmon Scrambled Eggs on Apple Cinnamon Raisin Buns (Serves 2)
2 eggs (omega-3's preferred) 1/8 cup milk (1% or 2%) 1 tsp. mayonnaise Ginger (fresh or dried) 2 millet apple cinnamon raisin buns 1/2 package cracked pepper smoked salmon 1/2 slice red onion 1 shitake mushroom top 1/2 tomato 1 tbs. sweet relish Herby herb blend Honey Canola oil
Cut buns in half, and flatten centers.
Heat frying pan on a heat setting of eight.
Add canola oil.
Whisk together eggs , milk, mayonnaise, and a touch of ginger.
Add pieces of smoked salmon, and break them up.
Dice the red onion, and add to egg mixture.
Slice the mushroom into long, thin slices, and add to the mixture.
Slice and dice the tomato, add gently to the mixture, and let soak.
Add the relish, and a little Herby herb blend.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the buns in half, and coat the inside of the bottoms lightly with honey
Place the honeyed bun bottoms into the oven for about five minutes.
Place the canola oil into the frying pan, add the egg mixture, and scramble lightly.
Fill the pre-baked bun bottoms with the eggs , put the tops on, and bake for five minutes.
"A heavenly way to start your day, or serve to guests for brunch or lunch."
"Blintz" Scrambled Eggs with Lox, Green Apple, and Toasted Honey Bagel (Serves 2 or more)
5 eggs (omega-3's preferred) 1 radish 1 slice red onion 1 tsp. maple syrup Pepperman pepper blend Mama Garlic herb blend 1 green apple (peeled and cored) 4 ounces smoked salmon (lox) Extra virgin coconut oil Honey Cinnamon raisin bagel (or bagel of your choice) Rice sour cream Raspberry jam (or jam of your choice)
Break the eggs into a glass bowl.
Dice the radish and red onion slice, and add to the bowl.
Add the maple syrup, along with a touch of Pepperman and Mama Garlic, and mix well.
Dice the green apple, and add to the bowl.
Cut the lox into small pieces, and add to the mixture.
Stir to mix well.
Heat a frying pan on high, and brush with coconut oil.
Add the egg mixture, and cook on high (lower if needed).
When firm, and the bottom is browned, flip over once.
When the top is firm, brush with honey, and serve.
Slice a bagel, brush with honey, and toast it until done.
Serve the eggs along with the toasted bagel, and small scoops of rice sour cream and raspberry jam on the side of the plate.
Serving Suggestion: This is a great dish to serve at a "fancy" brunch. The "richness" of blintzes without the extra fat and calories, and with the good taste of good health. (And your guests will be amazed that these eggs are actually good for them!)
