This weight loss guide is most effective for those individuals who need to lose a significant amount of weight. It will require hard work on your part, which will be so rewarding. If you’re looking for a guide that will let you mindlessly follow a strict diet, this is not the book for you.

I am here to give you the tools you need to be successful. By the end of this book, you will have a solid understanding of nutrition, know how to best prepare for your journey and prep your meals for success, and how to overcome cravings and tempting situations.
